My Journey to a healthier you

When I was 10 I went to Lithuania to visit my family and I fell in love with the food. Between the cepelinai and žemaite blynai everyday I couldn’t stop eating and by the time I left I’d gained 4 kilograms .My mum didn’t even need to ask me my clothes told her everything. After finally having self-control and discipline I feel a lot happier and better about my self than I did 2-3 years ago.

From struggle to strength

For too long, I was caught in an unhealthy cycle of binge eating constantly feeling full but never truly satisfied. It took me two years of dedicated effort to gradually switch to healthier foods and develop a balanced relationship with eating. My greatest wish is for you to know that a healthier, more balanced lifestyle is within your reach, and that transformation is possible.

Embracing balance, not deprivation

Having experienced the struggle of an unhealthy cycle at a young age. My approach isn't about rigid restrictions; it's about empowerment. I want you to continue enjoying the foods you love, but with a renewed sense of self-control and moderation. It's about finding that sweet spot where health meets enjoyment.

What we eat it changing us

Unhealthy eating is more than a bad habit it’s shaping how we feel, think, and live. Diets high in processed foods and sugar are linked to low energy, poor focus, and long-term health problems like obesity and heart disease.
